About Llama Camp …
Musicians of all types call Winfield home. While best known for instrumental virtuosity, Winfield is also home to a lot of us who like folksinging. A few years ago, some of those sharing this interest decided that there should be an annual folk sing. The Llama Camp is generally somewhere just west of the entrance gate although the exact location tends to vary. The singalong event is traditionally held on the evening of the Tuesday before the stages open. At the time of the event this year, I was in Great Bend at a meeting of the Barton County Arts Council's board of directors, so my friend Henry Lippincott of Carp Camp volunteered to record this event for me. (Thanks, Henry!)
