Loren Banninger is bass player and leader of the group, The Blades. (Banninger also is stage manager for the Oakdale Park stage throughout the festival.)

Banninger's band mates are David Cooper on sax, C.A. Ritter on trombone, Greg Boyle on guitar, Steve Luth on keyboards, Brad Dawson on trumpet and Tim Arkebauer, lead singer and harmonica player.
