Todd Hallowell

Todd Hallawell came from Arizona to enjoy the music and to create some himself for those lucky enough to hear him in the campground. These pictures were taken at about 1 a.m. on Sunday. In 1997, Todd took first place in the fingerpick guitar contest at Walnut Valley. A Winfield regular, Todd can usually be found picking at Carp Camp every September.
