Sound

We are capable of posting sound in any or all of the major sound formats: Windows Media, RealPlayer, and mp3. If you provide the sound on a CD or in one of those formats, we can usually convert it to the desired format(s) and add it to the site.

We strongly discourage embedding sound into a site in such a way that it starts without a request from the visitor. Often, we're listening to something streaming in while surfing. A self-starting sound simply serves to annoy us. Your visitor might even be surfing at work and your sound could alert the boss. If the visitor loses his job, he's unlikely to be one of your customers. Instead, I encourage you to put "opt-in" sound on the site. Let the visitor decide whether he wants to hear the sound!

Video

Due to the size of video files, we would prefer not to host them directly on our site. Instead, we would suggest posting the video on YouTube and having us add the appropriate links to the videos from your site.
