Welcome to The Renters website. This is a unique trio of singer-songwriters and acoustic musicians (guitar, mandolin, viola) who are known for being original, creative, inspired and great fun. Their songs range in subject matter from small-town Kansas life, to love, to problems with rental property, and even weinies riding carousels.
