Daytime Sessions on Saturday

We have a great variety of workshop sessions for Saturday morning and afternoon. We'll begin with stories for families with Gerry Armstrong. We're also going to have an abundance of banjos at the festival, so we should get as many of the players of different styles together. Bruce Hutton has a great jug band workshop for kids with a number of instruments to borrow and buy, and we hope to get as many of our singers together for a song swap. That should be enough for one morning. The afternoon will feature a mountain dulcimer workshop by Larkin Cohen and the Missouri Folk Arts Program sessions, including a square dance workshop at the end. There will also be some open stage time at Turner Hall beginning around 3 p.m. Schedules for these are still subject to change.
