Howie Southwood

In 1998, 1999 & 2000, a band called Rawlins Cross played in Kansas and I attended every set they did in the state. They even spent 4 days in Great Bend. We've kept in touch with most of them. We've met Dave & Geoff Panting on each of our visits to Newfoundland. Last fall, we met Brian Bourne in Columbia, MO. Since I was driving through southern Ontario, it seemed appropriate to visit Rawlins Cross' drummer, Howie Southwood:

Last November, Tom Lewis played at The Back Room. As I planned the trip, I saw that he was wrapping up a tour of Ontario, so I decided to surprise him by taking in the show. He was certainly suprised.
